they need to create training modules for associates and train them on customer service because if people are going to break when lines are formed or asking when patrons are waiting for a burger especially on concert nights than there is scheduling issues with staff.hmmm let me think casino busy on a weekend waiting 35minutes for biscuits and gravy out of a can! pathetic review of comps every 6months should be every quarter out of players club mouth.lots of staff standing around in packs very feasible adjusting can and should be done.customer service very disappointing very disappointing.Win a jackpot wait an hour to get paid out no rush what's so ever ask security a question it's a burden to interrupt conversation they were having standing at desk with coworker. most know less about there job than the patron talking to them. the shuttle which has gotten better other than that they are lucky people love to gamble because they have maybe two good associates for every twenty who care about there job and get customer service.
